CRH Supports Launch of U.S. Supply Chain Sustainability School

CRH is supporting a new knowledge-sharing platform to embed sustainability across the construction industry supply chain.

CRH is helping to make construction easier, safer and more sustainable. We’re driving forward new technologies and innovations to solve challenges for our customers and deliver solutions which support a more resilient built environment.

Collaboration with supply chain partners has an important role to play, which is why we’re a founding partner of the Supply Chain Sustainability School (SCSS) in the United States (U.S.) This partnership provides an opportunity for us to share our knowledge in a wide range of sustainability areas where CRH is leading the way, as well as learn from others through the SCSS new online learning platform.

Supported by CRH and other industry partners, free tools and on-demand accredited training will be available to help businesses across North America embed innovation and deepen their understanding of practices which will accelerate the transition to a more sustainable built environment.

“As a founding partner of the U.S. Supply Chain Sustainability School, CRH welcomes the opportunity to deepen our supplier relationships and amplify the commitment to sustainability across our industry,” said CRH Chief Sustainability Officer Eunice Heath.

“With a strong track record in upskilling, educating and engaging individuals and organizations in Europe, I’m confident that it will positively impact the built environment in North America.”

The launch of the SCSS in the U.S. follows its success in Europe, where the platform has had a strong impact for CRH operating companies in the U.K. and Ireland.

Learn more about the SCSS and get early access to resources by attending the virtual launch event at noon EST on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025.
