The IHOP Server is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to work flexible hours

Greet guests upon arrival and direct them to seating areas

Take and process customer orders, including special requests

Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately

Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate

Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally

Communicate orders to kitchen staff in a timely manner

Process payments (cash, credit, debit) and provide correct change

Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness of dining areas

Stock and rotate service supplies as needed

Comply with IHOP Service Success Steps and SOPs for guest experience

Maintain uniform and appearance standards
