Team Leader - Coastal States Bank

CSB is looking for a full-time Team Leader of our Sandy Springs branch in Atlanta, GA.  This position requires a high level of commitment to exceptional customer service and customer relationship development for internal and external customers.  The Team Leader is knowledgeable of all branch operations such as teller procedures, account opening and maintenance, loan growth and bank compliance.  This position works Mondays through Fridays in a professional branch setting, and is not remote or hybrid.  Out of town applications will not be considered.

The Team Leader will be accountable for financial performance of the Branch, customer satisfaction, and adherence to branch policies and procedures.  The Team Leader will contribute to the bank's deposit growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of cash management products and services.
