About Us

The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center is located in DeKalb County. Our experienced business consultants offer confidential services to companies seeking operational and strategic planning advice. Expertise is available to help clients: develop and update business plans, identify sources of capital, set up recordkeeping systems and analyze financial records, conduct specialized research, create marketing strategies, and conduct operational and financial diagnostic assessments. Funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. All opinions, conclusions or recommendations expressed are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the views of the SBA. The UGA Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a unit of UGA’s Office of Public Service and Outreach. The UGA SBDC is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
