About us
Mail Center Etc are the best shipping stores in Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Hiram. Assist customers with shipping, copying, printing, notary, fax services, and related services.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in last-mile delivery - UPS, FedEx, DHL, & USPS without driving a truck or working in a warehouse.
- Advise customers on the store's services, including shipping, package pickup, mailbox rentals.
- Provide customer service to customers within the store, by telephone, and by email.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory.
- Work fulltime 40 hours during store hours of Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-2pm. No evening shifts and closed during major holidays.
- Ability to work at the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody locations - stores are less than 4 miles away.
Ideal candidate has -
- Previous experience at The UPS Store, FedEx Office location, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of computer/Internet/iPhone/Android usage.
- Intermediate skills with common computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google tools.
- Typing skills using a standard computer keyboard.
- Ability to obtain Georgia notary license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Eligible to work within the United States.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

License/Certification:
