Crew Leader/Driver
This position calls for a leader to run daily installation production for an Erosion Control company. Candidates with experience in silt fence and hydro-seeding are preferred, but we will train the right applicant. The crew leader must be committed to working equally with the people on your team to ensure properly executed installation and implement day to day preparations.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure all load lists for the next days work are completed at the end of every day
- Operation of and strong knowledge of bobcat and installation tools
- Keep an accurate inventory of onsite and facility materials and equipment on a daily basis
- Input into work habits of crews and how to increase productivity
- Managing hours on projects on a daily basis
- Ensure all job-sites are kept clean
- Project knowledge
- Assist in education for crews in the maintenance industry
- Supervises and coordinates employees work to ensure quality of workmanship
- MUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Drive an f-450 pulling a trailer
Ability to speak Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
