Customer Experience Representative
We are looking for Customer Experience Representatives who are energized by helping others, confident in their communication, and eager to grow. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to underwriting, billing, policy changes, and more. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems with empathy and professionalism.
Pay Rate: $20/hr + Quarterly Bonus based on company performance
Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 8:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday and every 3rd Saturday between 9:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Galleria Area
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a problem-solver and trusted resource for customers and agents
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Support underwriting and billing processes with accuracy and sound judgment
- Use internal systems to troubleshoot issues and identify trends
- Collaborate with teammates to improve customer outcomes
- Meet performance goals while maintaining high-quality service
- Grow your skills and explore advancement opportunities in underwriting, sales, claims, or operations
What We’re Looking For
- Must have a completed Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and positive energy
- Ability to build rapport and ask thoughtful questions
- Driven, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making independent decisions and using critical thinking
