Hours: Negotiable
Location: Onsite in Dunwoody/Brookhaven, GA

Client-Facing Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and respond to phone/email inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Prepare meeting materials and reports for client consultations
  • Track and close action items from meetings

Operational & Administrative Duties:
  • Manage daily office functions and ensure operational efficiency
  • Schedule appointments, manage advisor’s calendar, and coordinate meetings
  • Work within compliance of firm and industry procedures and policies

Business Development Support:
  • Assist with execution of marketing initiatives, seminar planning, and client outreach campaigns
  • Maintain and update CRM/contact management systems
  • Support follow-up communications with prospects and clients

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable with CRM and new technologies
  • experienced in administrative or client service roles (financial services a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
