Front Office Administrator

DH Therapy is a rapidly growing pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals with developmental challenges to reach their full potential. We are seeking an organized and compassionate Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and good knowledge using Microsoft office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to schedule sessions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and caregivers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Order office supplies and maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in an office administration role preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) a plus
  • Speaks Spanish

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
