Through fun and animated poses, we take you on a journey to Yogaland, where you and your child can engage in playful activities, sing songs, and practice breathing exercises. This 45-minute class, suitable for children aged 2 to 6, also includes age-appropriate relaxation techniques. We extend a warm welcome to daddies and grandparents to join in this joyful and enriching experience.
