We know a lot of you are thinking WOW! Energy Works ATL truly had everything WE need to heal collectively within our MINDS, BODIES, SPIRITS and COMMUNITIES but just when you thought we had it all we created more.We will be holding space for Juan Dowling Tai Chi Classes, every Thursday at 6:30 PM EST.
Juan Dowling
Tai Chi/ Tai Chuan is a traditional Chinese martial art and system of Calisthentics (gymnastic exercises to achieve bodily fitness, fluidity, grace and movement).
Tai Chi is a series of slowly controlled movements which heal and balance the mind, body, spirit and elemental energies internally and externally. The source of this practice and the philosophy engage the practitioner and help them to connect to the ultimate universal source of life, from which Yin/Tabg and all of creation form.
