Tasha Allen serves as Vice President of People & Corporate Citizenship at the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, where she leads the organization's people strategy by aligning talent, culture, and business objectives to support a thriving workforce and a stronger Georgia.

With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, Tasha is passionate about developing leaders, cultivating strong workplace cultures, and helping organizations navigate change with confidence.

As Georgia continues to experience unprecedented economic growth, today's business leaders face new workforce challenges and opportunities.
