Insight | Power Sessions for Growth is a monthly professional development series designed for busy professionals who want fast, focused takeaways. Each session blends 30 minutes of networking with a 20–25-minute “power session” led by a member expert, followed by interactive discussion. This relaxed breakfast or lunch format makes it easy to learn, connect, and apply new ideas. Attendees gain real-world strategies, and walk away with practical ideas they can implement immediately.
Meet Jay Eibler: Jay is the President and Founder of All In Selling LLC, a Sandler authorized company. Sandler is one of the leading sales training companies in the world, having received numerous awards over the years. Jay's background includes 25+ years in sales and sales leadership.
Jay works with owners and senior leaders of businesses in a variety of industries who are motivated to take the necessary steps to improve performance.
Jay's clients are willing to dedicate the necessary resources to raise their game. They're frustrated with their overall business development results and the lack of achieving that next level of performance. They are concerned over a variety of issues such as employee engagement, margin retention, closing rates, and the lack of a predictable and reliable selling process.
Jay works closely with his clients at all levels of the organization to train, develop, and empower the salespeople and their leaders to elevate performance by mastering the craft of selling.
