About our Keynote Speaker:
Lynne Zappone, M.A. is an accomplished business executive with over 30 years of experience developing leaders in global organizations across multiple industries. A purpose-driven leader, Lynne leverages her experience as a corporate officer with an authentic leadership style to quickly build trust with teams and individuals.
 
She specializes in strengthening organizational culture and performance through people—coaching high-performing executives, facilitating culture and business transformation, and building talent-management processes that prepare leaders to inspire team engagement and performance.
 
A former Chief People Officer, Lynne is a recognized thought-leader in culture and leadership development and has designed and facilitated award-winning leadership programs that drive teams to action and deliver business results. Lynne is active in her community and has previously served on the SHRM Atlanta Board of Directors and as Board Chair for the Georgia Council for International Visitors. She is also a highly sought-after speaker and has been featured in numerous publications. 
 
Lynne has successfully launched one adult daughter . She enjoys traveling and lives for the month of March when she can cheer on college basketball with her husband.
