Description
Joiful Yoga is a yoga and meditation studio in Sandy Springs, Georgia. We host classes in Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Yin, Restore, and more. In addition to yoga and meditation, we host a wide variety of other types of classes, like Satsanga, Reiki Circles, Sound Baths, and more. We are big on community and connection and seek ways to foster that spirit within ourselves and in our community. We are so glad you are here, and we look forward to growing with you - on and off the mat.
