For most business owners, their business is their primary asset, and having an updated, ironclad, business plan is imperative, even if you don’t plan to retire or sell your business for many years.
 
Please join us on Wednesday, February 26^th for Part I of : “Business Succession Planning: How to Prepare for Your Exit.”  In this seminar we will cover “Structure and Funding of Buy/Sell Agreements to Maximize Value.”  Howard Katz, CFP® from Lincoln Financial Advisors will review strategies to ensure that your family gets the money from your buy/sell agreement.  Cross purchase agreements vs. entity purchase and other factors to consider.
