Description
On October 12, a self-defense class for women and girls 12+ will be held at The Bush Centre for Ballet. The class will be taught by
Allan Rosing, a senior instructor and black belt in traditional Shotokan karate. He will discuss/demonstrate both defensive and offensive movements, how to easily break a choke hold, and discuss situational awareness. The class will be 6:00-8:00 pm at the studio. The cost will be $20/person for the two hours. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Due to space limitations, the maximum number of people will be 14. If we have more than 14 signed up, we may be able to offer the class again in November. Reservations may be made by contacting Rosalyn Bush at 404-56-5542.
