Dunwoody Nature Center
$85
Tap into nature’s wisdom with a hands-on herbal medicine workshop designed to reconnect you with the plants growing all around us. Led by experienced herbalist and naturalist educator Susan Edwards, M.Ed., this in-depth experience will guide you through identifying, ethically harvesting, and preparing medicinal remedies using plants native to the Southeast.
Set against the serene backdrop of Dunwoody Nature Center, you’ll explore the landscape on a guided plant walk, learning how to spot and sustainably gather herbs. You’ll then roll up your sleeves to craft your own herbal preparations—teas, tinctures, balms, and more—tailored to the current season’s bounty.
What You’ll Experience:
Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy during the midday break, and come ready to deepen your connection with the land, your body, and the natural wisdom of plants.
Space is limited—reserve your spot today!
