Insight | Power Sessions for Growth is a monthly professional development series designed for busy professionals who want fast, focused takeaways. Each session blends 30 minutes of networking with a 20–25-minute “power session” led by a member expert, followed by interactive discussion. This relaxed breakfast or lunch format makes it easy to learn, connect, and apply new ideas. Attendees gain real-world strategies, and walk away with practical ideas they can implement immediately.
Meet Lauren Sok, , Founder of Functionize Health & Physical Therapy, empowers active people in the Atlanta area to take control of their health and wellness today so they may thrive and enjoy the best years ahead. Our team believes you can become a force of movement through proactive prevention, a personalized care plan, and holistic approach to health. To accomplish this, we are all about treating you as a whole person as opposed to a sum of symptoms. Lauren holds a Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She is a Certified Stott Pilates Instructor, a Clinical Instructor at the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program, Emory University, and is trained in Redcord Neurac and Trigger Point Dry Needling.
