Come visit Discover Health Chiropractic on Saturday, November 14, 2015 from 9am until 1pm for an opportunity to learn about Doulas, how they make a difference in the birthing community, and how they can give YOU the support you need and desire during your pregnancy, labor, and your postpartum period. This event is FREE and open to the public. There will be light refreshments, hourly raffles (4 total), face paint for the little ones, and free belly art for moms-to-be.
You will hear from:
Elysia Douglas of Mother~2~Mother Labor Support Services. Elysia is a certified birth Doulas, wife, and mother of four. Elysia is driven by her passion for educating women and their families about their options surrounding pregnancy and childbirth. She is "a glowing and caring soul full of positivity with a sincere and personal committment to each client/family for which she works."
Tomecas Thomas of Omorose Blessings Doulas Services. Tomecas is a certified holistic Doulas, wife, and mother of four with a background in nursing and 20 years experience in the healthcare field. Tomecas is passionate about educating, encouraging, empowering women to reach their birth goals. She is gifted in helping them balance their emotional, physical, and mental health to make for a healthy mother and baby, and make delivery a smooth transition.
Dr. Kadria Griffiths, DC of Discover Health Chiropractic will also be there to answer questions about how chiropractic care can benefit you before, during, and after pregnancy and how getting your children started with chiropractic care early in life is extremely beneficial as well.
