CPR and AED Class

Description

This Heartsaver CPR AED course provides the knowledge and skills that may help save a life.

CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation involves chest compressions to keep blood flowing and rescue breathing to provide oxygen to the lungs along with quick use of an AED device. Students will learn the techniques of CPR and use of an AED for adults, children, and infants. The skills learned in this course will help you recognize and respond to cardiac arrest, get emergency care on the way quickly, and help the person until more advanced care arrives to take over.

 Please note:

• Manikins and instructional equipment are sanitized before and after each class. 
• Please bring a towel or pad to kneel on during CPR skills practice. 
• You will receive a student manual and course completion card.
