Through guided meditation, kundalini inspired movement, and a hands-on planting ritual, we'll set intentions for the season ahead, symbolizing growth and new beginnings.
We'll close the journey with a reflective meditation, reiki, and collective intention-setting, leaving you grounded, inspired, and ready to bloom.
