Set beneath the golden canopy of early autumn\, this guided session will encourage gentle movement\, deep breathing\, and quiet introspection as we transition into a new season. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner\, this class offers a grounding way to reconnect with yourself and the natural world.\n\nPlease bring your own mat. This session will take place in the pavilion at Dunwoody Nature Center\, offering shelter and fresh air for a truly serene experience.\n\nRegistration closes September 19th. If you're interested in attending after the deadline\, please email autumn@dunwoodynature.org to check availability. This program requires a minimum number of sign-ups. If the minimum is not met\, participants will be contacted and refunds issued within 7 10 days.
