DESCRIPTION:To provide a forum for women in business to form relationships with their peers\, provide an educational platform\, give back to the community and be a source for professional women to be mentored. The Women's Business Network will focus on the areas of Networking\, Community\, Education and Mentorship.\n\n\n\nSpeaker:\n\nLissa Versteegh\, President of Georgia Sales Development\, Certified Sandler Trainer. Lissa has over 20 years of sales and management experience in corporate America.  Prior to Georgia Sales Development she held a Senior Management position with a national managed care company.  In her sales management capacity she oversaw 6 states with 15 direct reports.  Lissa\, through her hiring\, coaching and mentoring skills developed the unit to be the top performing region in the country for five consecutive years. \n\nIn the past\, Ms. Versteegh has worked extensively in the insurance and managed care industries dealing with the Fortune 100 companies as well as mid size organizations.  More recently she has worked with small to mid-sized companies in the Atlanta area in consulting\, sales training and management training relationships.  She has a unique understanding of the associated sales nuances related to business in general. \n\nAfter receiving her Psychology degree from the University of Georgia\, Ms. Versteegh honed her sales force development skills through 20+ years in both sales and sales management positions.
