DESCRIPTION:Tai Chi Flow is for beginner and intermediate students that want to experience the benefits of Tai Chi. Class will include foundational exercises including posture\, body alignment and balance. Class typically begins with warm-up stretches and a "Tai Chi Flow" sequence that introduces tai chi basics and fundamentals. Students will then apply these fundamentals into a short form called "Therapeutic Tai Chi". The form will be practiced at the end with intention on breath and qi-flow.\n\nTherapeutic Tai Chi is a beautiful\, simple form designed by Wudang Chen. This form combines Yang and Wudang styles of tai chi with an emphasis on rejuvenating the body\, calming the mind and building the Qi. This form has 4 sections.
