SUMMARY:SSPC Educational Series: "Draw Success" with Brownell Landrum
DESCRIPTION:Draw Success\n\n\n	It is not the strongest of the species that survive\,\n\n	nor the most intelligent\,\n\n	but the one that proves itself\n\n	the most responsive to change.\n\n - Charles Darwin\n \n\nJust as species need to change to survive\, organizations must not only learn to be adaptable and proactively embrace change. \n\n \n\nIn this highly interactive (and fun!) mini-workshop\, participants will go through a process for understanding and preparing for change. We'll explore how different people perceive and react to change. And we'll generate ideas and solutions to help both individuals and organizations prepare for the future. \n\n \n\nKey learnings include:\n\n\n	\n Exploring the ways diverse people relate to change to achieve greater levels of alignment.\n	\n Identifying the factors\, situations and actions that stimulate change (positive or negative).\n	\n Developing solutions and actions to address the challenges\, concerns\, issues and needs that occur during times of change.\n\nAfter the presentation participants receive a report with ideas they can use right away to accelerate results.
