The new Empowerment Center will transform the way CAC serves individuals and families across Atlanta\, offering a range of programs designed to help participants achieve long-term financial success. The Center serves as a dynamic community hub providing adult education\, career services and workforce development programs. During the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening celebration\, guests will have the opportunity to:   Tour the newly designed\, state-of-the-art Empowerment Center   Hear from CAC leadership about the transformational impact the Center will have on the lives of individuals and families in our community   Learn about THRIVE\, the Empowerment Center's innovative pilot program that breaks down barriers to opportunity and empowers individuals to achieve financial independence and economic mobility.
