Carr began his career with Georgia Pacific\, moving on to practice law with Alston & Bird LLP and then serving as Vice President and General Counsel for the Georgia Public Policy Foundation.\n\nCarr graduated from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and Lumpkin School of Law.
