As business boomed\, Nothing Bundt Cakes began franchising in 2007. \n\n \n\nToday\, Tripp is the company's chairman\, having overseen the retail bakery concepts growth since then to nearly 260 bakeries in 38 states and one Canadian province\, and Nothing Bundt Cakes has been recognized as a top franchise concept by Franchise Business Review\, Franchise Times and Restaurant Business.\n\n \n\nTripp\, who still owns and operates four of her own bakeries in Las Vegas and Orange County\, California\, remains actively involved in the company's operations and works closely with the executive team.\n\n \n\nShe has been a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) for more than 12 years\, and is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAWP). \n\n \n\nA native of Fountain Valley\, California who attended Golden West College in Huntington Beach\, California\, she an involved community member in her adopted hometown of Las Vegas. She currently serves as a Community Partner with Communities in Schools and speaks frequently at the University of Nevada Las Vegas Hospitality College. \n\n \n\nShe is married to her hometown sweetheart Blaine Tripp and has two children.
