DESCRIPTION:Act3 Productions presents Merry Wives of Windsor May 18-27 at Act3 Playhouse in Sandy Springs Plaza\, 6285-R Roswell Road in Sandy Springs.  The women of North Fulton Drama Club join Act3 to direct this comedic classic. Set in the 1950's and drawing on the style of iconic sitcoms such as I Love Lucy\, The Merry Wives of Windsor tells the tale of two lively housewives who are nearly duped by a portly con man. They catch on to his schemes and hatch their own plan to teach him a lesson. Tickets are $15-$23 and may be purchased at www.act3productions.org.\n\n \n\nJohn Falstaff is in financial difficulties. On top of that\, Justice Shallow and his youthful cousin\, Slender\, have come to Windsor because he has conned them out of money. Falstaff decides to woo the wives of two of Windsor's leading merchants\, Page\, and Ford\, to get money out of them. He sends both wives a letter\, when the two compare\, they realize the two letters are What follows are hilarious misadventures to teach Falstaff a lesson.\n\n \n\nThe new performance schedule is:  May 18\, 19\, 24\, 25 and 26 at 8 pm.  A Sunday matinee is offered May 20 and 27 at 3 pm. Group rates are available by calling 770-241-1905.
